EV Charging Stations

Drivers of electric vehicles (EV) can charge their vehicles on campus thanks to a partnership between UGA Transportation & Parking Services, the Facilities Management Division, and the Office of Sustainability. UGA’s North, South, and East campus decks now feature Level 2 Electric Vehicle Chargers.

The chargers are a part of the ChargePoint Network and users may pay via their ChargePoint card or with a credit card. EV drivers will need to pay to access the deck or use their permit if assigned to one of the three decks. Rates are $.75/hour for the first two hours and $1.50 for each additional hour. Level 2 chargers are able to fully charge a vehicle in just two hours compared to longer charging times with Level 1 chargers.
