The Building Manager for the West Campus Dining and Well-being Center serves as the primary steward of a complex, highly utilized, student-facing facility that supports dining, wellness, and collaborative engagement. This role is responsible for ensuring the building operates safely and efficiently, in alignment with University of Georgia standards, while fostering a welcoming and functional environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

Receives cash or meal ticket receipts in payment of bills, purchases, admission to events, or other services. Verifies negotiability of bills received. Balances cash on hand against receipts.

The primary function of the FoodPro Assistant Manager will be to perform daily invoice entry and product maintenance within FoodPro. Under the supervision of the FoodPro Manager, the FoodPro Assistant Manager will also provide support and guidance to units on daily activities needed for inventory and invoicing. These include developing/maintaining SOPs for receiving product from external vendors, transferring goods between Dining locations, taking weekly inventory and report analysis to ensure all units are operating at the highest level for current and future fiscal and production weeks.
