About the 2019 Atrium User Conference

We are excited to be hosting the 2019 Atrium Users Conference here at the University of Georgia in Athens.  

UGA invites you to attend this three-day event where you will have an opportunity to connect with other Atrium client users and benefit from shared experiences, idea generation, collaboration, and relationship building. Clients will also engage with vendor partners to discuss technologies that integrate and streamline campus operations to evolve your system to enhance the student experience. 

We will walk through the Atrium Product Roadmap, share best practices and ideas for enhancements, and attend presentations from key partners about emerging trends and technologies applicable to your evolving card programs.

Associate Vice President of Auxiliary Services, University of Georgia

Robert Holden is the Associate Vice President for Auxiliary Services at the University of Georgia (UGA) and President of the National Association of College & University Food Services (NACUFS). He has been professionally involved in the education field for 35 years, holding a variety of executive and senior management positions at UGA, the University of California San Diego, the University of Alaska, and the second largest public school district in Alaska.

As a Certified Auxiliary Services Professional (CASP), Robert is skilled in all aspects of higher education leadership, management, and administration, including dining, contract management, customer service, inventory management, loss prevention, contract negotiation, policy analysis, problem solving, project management, and retail operations.

Outside of his work in education, he works with non-profit organizations, consulting with boards and working with the local community. He has a passion for food and has worked with Campuses, Foodbanks, Soup kitchens and other organization to help further their mission and vision. Robert holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from the University of Alaska, and a BA (Justice) from the University of Alaska Fairbanks.

President and CEO, Atrium

Tammy Johnson has been in the campus card industry since 2003, beginning her career as Chief Financial Officer for JSA Technologies. In 2012, she expanded her role to become CFO and one of the founders of Atrium. In 2015, her passion for the Atrium team and clients propelled her to step into the position of CEO, a role in which she continues to proudly serve today.  

She received her MBA from Northeastern University and brings with her experience in the finance industry from companies Smith Barney and ORBCOMM.  

Tammy lives outside of Boston, MA, with her two kids. She enjoys the outdoors, exercising, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.

Executive Director of National Association of Campus Card Users

Dawn has served as executive director of NACCU since July 2016. With the leadership and guidance of a high functioning board and great office team, Dawn has lead the association through the development of a value proposition and a rebrand, all resulting because the association leaders served as catalysts for change in strategic priorities. Membership growth is occurring and new educational and program initiatives are in constant development. Before she was employed by NACCU, Dawn worked 25 years in association management and higher education, serving as Director of Membership Marketing & Events at National Association for Campus Activities, residence life coordinator at the University of South Carolina, and area coordinator at Ball State University. Dawn completed her master’s in higher education administration at Eastern Illinois University, and holds a bachelor’s in accounting from Southeast Missouri State University. Prior to her appointment as NACCU’s executive director, Dawn served as a volunteer within various professional organizations related to association management, including the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), South Carolina Society of Association Executives (SCSAE) and Meeting Professionals International (MPI). Dawn is currently working toward CAE certification, which is a credential that is the marker of a committed association professional who has demonstrated wide range of knowledge essential to manage an association in today’s challenging environment.
