Associate Vice President for Auxiliary Services Brett Jackson, CPA, CASP, has been recognized with the Cornerstone of the Profession Award from the National Association of College Auxiliary Services (NACAS). The award is one of two pinnacle honors in the auxiliary services profession, recognizing dedicated service and stewardship that enhances the industry.
Jackson has helmed Auxiliary Services as associate vice president since 2020. Under her leadership, Auxiliary Services has enhanced the experience of UGA community members in numerous ways, such as:
- Increasing the number of parking spaces by 3,800 over the past three years
- Launching the Airport Shuttle Initiative to assist out-of-state students with transportation costs over Thanksgiving and winter break

- Bringing local and national restaurant partners to campus
- Increasing access to campus markets
- Remodeling the bookstore to modernize its look, increase the space devoted to textbooks, and expand the selection of Bulldogs gifts and apparel
Auxiliary Services itself has increased its sustainability efforts, expanded learning and development opportunities for staff, and increased staff retention rates across all departments during Jackson’s tenure.
Jackson began her UGA career as a senior accountant in Parking Services in 2005. Since then, she has served as a business manager, interim parking services manager, Stadion Classic Tournament controller, assistant director of auxiliary services, director of auxiliary services, assistant to the vice president for finance and administration, and chief financial officer of the UGA Foundation before becoming associate vice president for auxiliary services. She continues to supervise the CFO of the UGA Foundation.
Jackson has chaired numerous university-wide task forces and committees throughout her career, including the Presidential Task Force for Staff Professional Development. She also has devoted many years to leading the auxiliary services industry through NACAS, serving as president at the national and regional levels.
